If you are a legal entity or have a company, you have two options. The first is that you issue us an invoice, and we transfer the commissions to your business account. In this case, the threshold for the minimum payout is 50 €. The second option is to use the received commissions to pay for our services. In this case, there are no restrictions regarding the minimum amount of commissions.
We do not pay transactions to individuals' transaction accounts, but of course, you can use them to pay for all our services and thus reduce costs.
Some providers only consider the amount for the first year in the commission, but we consider the percentage of commission for all years. The first year is counted as 25%, each subsequent one half less.

In your subscription center My NEOSERV the amount of commission is recorded, which does not include 22% VAT, which is normal and correct.
You will most likely receive a commission in this case as well. Why most likely? The process works in such a way that if someone visits our site through your link, a cookie is stored on their computer or mobile device with a lifespan of 30 days. If they purchase hosting within this period, you will receive a commission. There are three limitations to this:
- the user has explicitly selected the option in the web browser that prevents the storage of cookies,
- the user visited our site through your link, later deleted the cookie, and then made a hosting purchase,
- the user, after visiting our site through your link, left it, later visited us again, but this time through the link of another member of the NEOSERV affiliate program.
These situations occur very rarely, so you can almost certainly be sure that you will be adequately rewarded for the hosting subscriber that you referred to us.
