    6. Both you and the person to whom you want to transfer the domain will receive a message with a confirmation link to the contact email address. The transfer can only be carried out if both agree with it.
  • How long will the entire process of transferring the domain to NEOSERV take?

    We cannot give you an exact answer to the question, as it depends on the responsiveness of your current registrar and the domain extension. Therefore, the domain transfer can be completed in just a few minutes or hours, but it can also take up to 14 days.

    If you know the EPP code for the .SI or .EU domain you want to transfer to us, the transfer will be completed immediately. When transferring .COM, .NET, .ORG and other domains, the transfer time is longer, as email verification also needs to be carried out, which usually takes from 5 to 6 days.
