Hardware

The provider ensures the installation of exclusively high-quality, tested business (enterprise-level) hardware and 24/7 monitoring of the operation of hardware components.

In case a certain hardware part starts to show signs of failure or reduced reliability, it is replaced before actual failure (i.e. preventively). The work is typically performed during night hours / weekends and with prior announcement.

REDUNDANT CONNECTION
Redundant connection

Redundant network connection protects against downtime in case of network card or switch failure.

In case of internet connection failure, a secondary connection is prepared at a separate internet connectivity provider.

SOFTWARE
Software

The dedicated server environment already includes licensed software, such as cPanel, Cloudlinux OS, Imunify360, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, JetBackup, MailScanner and more.

The provider also regularly performs software maintenance: security and other updates and troubleshooting that may occur with such updates. Maintenance work is typically performed during night hours or weekends.

Backups

Local backups are available in the cPanel control panel, with which the subscriber manages the server environment and individual cPanel accounts.

Remote backups are stored directly in a physically remote data center at 24-hour intervals. Thus, the data is safely stored even in the event of a natural disaster (fire, earthquake, etc.).
