Yes, the cPanel control panel and the My NEOSERV Client Portal My NEOSERV are two different platforms. In the cPanel control panel, you can add added or parked domains to your hosting package, access the file editor and databases, create new email mailboxes, and the like.
In the My NEOSERV Client Portal, you have a complete overview of ordered services, invoices and proforma invoices, your data, etc. You can also change WHOIS data for individual domains in Moj NEOSERV, set them arbitrary DNS records, monitor possible commission of the affiliate program, etc.
You can access the cPanel control panel by adding /cpanel to the URL for one of your domains added to the hosting plan (example: www.yourdomain.si/cpanel). Another option is to log in to the My NEOSERV Client Portal, where you will find a link to the cPanel control panel on the home page. You will also find your username and password for logging into cPanel in your My NEOSERV Client Portal.
