Technical Support

Is setting up Outlook on a computer a piece of cake for you? What about receiving emails on your phone? No problem? Great!
FTP and DNS are not just unknown acronyms to you, but you know what they are used for? Excellent! We offer you a great job with a 6-hour workday and full-time pay (8 hours).

We will gladly welcome you to our team. Don't worry if you don't know certain things "inside out" - our team will help you expand your knowledge.

  • Assisting users with email usage
  • Presentation of services and advising customers when ordering
  • Advising customers on using the cPanel control panel, domains, FTP

Regular and full-time employment for
6-hour workday

Form of work:

Shift work with occasional weekend work and partly afternoon

Payment:

2,000 € gross, paid holiday bonus and Christmas bonus. In line with the competencies and motivation of the employee, the payment also regularly increases.

    A sense for the interlocutor, quick understanding of where the customer has a problem

MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE AT A HIGH LEVEL
  • Written and spoken knowledge of Slovenian
  • Written knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of operating systems
    Microsoft Windows 7-10, iOS, Android
  • Knowledge of web browsers
    Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer / MS Edge
  • Knowledge of email programs
    Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird
MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE AT AN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
  • Knowledge of the control panel cPanel
  • Knowledge of commonly used web technologies and tools
    IMAP, POP, SMTP, FTP and applications such as Filezilla, WinSCP, etc.
  • Knowledge of DNS
    What are DNS server, DNS zone, and DNS records.
DESIRED BASIC KNOWLEDGE
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and PHP/MySQL
  • Basic knowledge of the WordPress platform (installing templates, plugins, etc.)
