I was a bit nervous during the New Year holidays because our website dropped from Google's search results. It was just before January, when there is already little business, and we were all quite on edge. I actually didn't know where to turn for help.

I wrote to NEOSERV almost in a panic, asking if someone could help me out. I didn't even know if it was their domain, and I don't think it is, but they still helped me out – at midnight or even a bit later. Somehow, I slept much better that night – because of their support, because it actually helped.

The next day, I think Google started to re-index our website, and within a few days, we were already receiving new inquiries. So, they really helped.

When I think about the prices of services at NEOSERV, I think they are really low. I haven't seen such a ratio between price and what you get for that price. They really surprised me.
