What I'm about to say is not paid for and not sponsored, we won't get any smaller bills because of this, but it's intended for all of you who deal with online sales, who have a website or who plan to make a website.

You know that we had a shitload of problems, that the site doesn't crash when there's a rush. We changed three providers regarding website hosting. When Petra (Petra Parovel, a well-known Slovenian influencer) was posting: "Hey, our site is down ... the site has crashed ... ", a certain number of people also wrote to us about NEOSERV, and we thought: "Whatever, just another one promising something and in the end, they can't deliver." But then our programmer also said: "Let's try to go with NEOSERV, they have very good support and we'll see what happens."

Generally, they are very diligent and based on that we also decided to go with NEOSERV. I must admit, they are hardcore professionals and they do their job better than you expect someone to do it. For example, yesterday I sent them an email that wasn't urgent at all, something like: "We would need this," and then they reply: "It's taken care of." I thought: "This could easily have waited until the holidays are over." I want to tell you how dedicated they are to their work. The support is absurd, absurd.

So all of you who are in this segment, beep them. You won't regret it.
