I'm Nadiia, the owner of two companies.

Today I would like to give a brief response to my collaboration with the company NEOSERV.

I have been dealing with websites for many years and working in this field, but I would like to emphasize that I have never seen such a service. I was used to the fact that when you have some hosting or online services, it only means that you can write if you need any help and wait at least eight, ten hours for a response. Here I was really surprised by the speed of response to every question I had.

And it was also unusual how people helped. They didn't just answer my question, they suggested options on how we can collaborate in the best way and how they can offer me things that will be the best for me. I was really surprised by this, as they didn't just think about selling me some services. First – they respond very quickly. Second – they really helped.

I read about this in books, how I should deal with entrepreneurship, that we need to be useful to our customers, but I didn't think that I would see this personally in life and get such partners.
