The guys at NEOSERV hosting asked me to share my experience and how satisfied I am with their hosting service.

Look, in one word – I’m extremely satisfied with their hosting, and not just the hosting, but the entire approach, the way their support works, everything.

Maybe someone will say: “Yeah, you’re just saying that to be nice,” but it’s not true. I'm a fairly successful entrepreneur and I guarantee you that I wouldn't say something I don't believe in or that's not true. There’s no amount of money that could buy my statement. I'm also a blogger, and bloggers must be honest if we want people to read us – so there’s no chance I’d lie about this.

Our company is involved in website optimization and we rent servers from at least 50 different providers. This line of work requires us to have servers with various providers for different IP addresses. I won't go into detail why, as it’s a bit complicated, but my point is – if anyone has experience with hosting, it’s our company. As I said – at this moment, we have hosting with 50 different providers.

If I say – we’ve been in this business for 15 years, we’ve probably tested at least 300 providers. Some were very bad. Just to give an example, we had a provider that completely shut down overnight, and we didn’t even get backups. We had to rebuild 25 websites from scratch – that was a disaster. That kind of hosting ends up being by far the most expensive.

Now, even though we have 50 providers, all our most important and serious websites – both ours and our clients’ – are hosted on NEOSERV servers.

We are extremely satisfied with the speed; it's never down. Their support is excellent. You write to them, and sometimes you get a reply in 5 minutes – we’ve never waited more than an hour.

You can also call them on the phone, which not all hosts allow. I like to call people, especially when I have a problem. You know how it is ... when you have a problem, you want to resolve it quickly or at least know if it will be resolved.

Their support has also helped us many times when we had problems we couldn’t solve ourselves – they always helped us.

So I’m extremely satisfied with NEOSERV hosting, and like I said – I wouldn’t say this if I didn’t truly mean it – not under any circumstances. I recommend this hosting, try it yourself and you’ll see if I’m telling the truth or not.
