If I were to compare them with other providers, whether international or local, I would say that their advantage is primarily support. And usually, when everything is OK, you don't even think about it. But when something goes wrong, then you see who the real partner is, and I think NEOSERV definitely is. And I think I will continue to work with them for some time because they are really great guys.

I think that domain registration is not as important as hosting itself, but with domains, especially if I have one service with a provider, it's good to have the whole package. And it's good that they offer the entire service – not just a piece, but actually the whole part.

Definitely, in my time of operation, I have met many companies. I have worked with various companies in the field of hosting and the most important is definitely support. It's the same as a partner who proves themselves in bad moments. Not when everything is nice and you're in love, but when it really gets tough, or someone gets sick or anything. And I can transfer the same to web solutions.

When the website is set up, it's OK, but when hackers come and start attacking it, usually... With others, I'll say that I had my hands tied, I was left to myself, while NEOSERV always came, helped me, and resolved the issues in a very short time.

Mostly I think that you recognize a good partner in bad or difficult moments. Given that I often work in the evenings and over the weekend, and if anything happens that I can't continue working, I always have the guys available to contact. I am always surprised that I get a response sooner than I even imagined I would get it, and then I can continue my work uninterrupted, despite it being the weekend.

When choosing a hosting provider, I don't just look at the price, but also at the service. If I look at just the ratio between price and quality that NEOSERV offers, I would say that it is definitely the best invested euro for the service they provide me.

Definitely, I would recommend it and I have been doing so for the last five years. Not only to the Slovenian market but also to Americans, and actually, everyone is satisfied with their solutions.
