I work with all kinds of people every day, and they always manage to surprise me—sometimes in a bad way, but other times in a good way. Working with Neoserv definitely falls into the latter category. Their support is solid, fast, and thorough. Communication is friendly and professional, yet clear enough for anyone to understand. Here’s another example: some companies require you to have prepaid minutes just to get help, while others assist you for free. Neoserv is definitely one of the latter. You brighten my day by solving so many of my issues ;) Thank you!
