I ran into some issues because phplist (the newsletter app) wasn’t available even though I had the right package. I was working late and sent an email at 12:20 AM. By 1:50 AM, I got a reply saying the problem was fixed—and it really was. Pleasantly surprised, and I’ll gladly recommend Neoserv.si!
