Hello, Although I’ve been looking around, I haven’t found anyone who organizes things for customers better than you do. That’s your competitive edge. For example, the fact that I can modify my own invoice, that there’s no pushy insistence on why I might not need something, and that email responses come with genuine empathy — that’s it. I know price always plays an important role, but it’s not everything. If you keep up the same approach and way of working going forward, adapt to the market, and continue in the direction you’re heading, I don’t see any reason to switch hosting providers or stop using your services. Even OVH could learn a thing or two from you and benefit from your training in many areas. Thank you and best regards.
