Today, Nina and I quickly and successfully solved the issue of restoring inbox emails from the past month and a half. The email deletion happened because of one of many malicious emails sent to my address – after receiving it, I created a RULE in Outlook for that sender (delete, block), which apparently caused emails from the last 1.5 months to be deleted from my inbox. Somehow, my own email address ended up in the rules too, which actually prevented me from receiving any new mail. Nina and I sorted all of this out swiftly and effectively. Excellent service! Cheers!
