Hello. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I found myself out of a job. As an experienced salesperson, coach, product manager, and digital marketing consultant, I tend to be quite critical of marketing gimmicks versus actual delivery. And here, the NEOSERV team are winners. Initially, I wanted to go with their competitor, who might be the strongest player in the market, but I was put off right away by their process, which didn’t even follow their own instructions. Then, purely by chance, I came across Neoserv. And I’m glad I did. Everything was clear and straightforward. Quick feedback. Their support is phenomenal. They anticipate scenarios that could worsen my user experience even before they happen and help me IN ADVANCE. They deliver earlier than their own deadlines. I really appreciate that kind of approach. Because that’s how they build loyal customers who will be willing to be patient next time, knowing they’re doing their absolute best. I want to give a shoutout to Anže (maybe that’s just his nickname) for his help. As a sales coach, I can tell his managers this employee is worth every euro of his salary and more. Of course, Kristina’s email responses were top-notch too. Clear answers to all my questions. Mr. Emanuel, I trust you’ve been presented with our feedback. I can honestly say I’m more than satisfied with my experience working with your team so far. Keep it up. And don’t lose that quality.
