The Neoserv team is absolutely outstanding. After years of struggles communicating with our previous provider, it feels like we’ve finally found someone who understands that every technical issue can also be a personal frustration that needs to be handled with a personal touch: a kind word, a bit of patience when explaining things to those of us who aren’t exactly tech-savvy, and, above all, a lot of patience. All this, combined with lightning-fast response times, of course.
