Kristina was incredibly helpful. First with her know-how, and then with a great favor—temporarily increasing the capacity of the directory for both my client and yours, so I could create archives and manage duplicate files during the transfer. THANK YOU!!! BTW, all of this happened outside of working hours, at 9 PM.
