I just called and spoke with Mr. Gregor, and I sincerely thank him for his friendly communication and quick response. I’m extremely satisfied with how he handled the issue, as it was resolved in less than 10 minutes. After fixing the problem, he even personally called me back, clearly explained the cause, and provided a solution. On top of that, I received a follow-up email with all the details.
