Wow, I’m really satisfied. Since I didn’t set up the SSL certificate on time and my site wasn’t working properly, I reached out to support. I emailed them at 10 PM on a Sunday, and to get the site up and running again after they fixed my mistake, I received a message within half an hour of sending my email. Huge props!!!
