Neoserv is like a huge black sheep in the Slovenian business world. The user experience and customer support are something I’ve never encountered before, neither in Slovenia nor anywhere else. They’re incredibly fast – in all these years, I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for not just a response, but an actual solution to a problem – usually it’s around an hour on average. They’re effective – they always get things done properly. They’re polite, friendly, and genuinely human – which is a rare find in the SaaS world. Above all, they go above and beyond to help you solve issues, even when it’s not really their job or something they could charge for – they fix it for free.
