Why does every hosting package need a carrier domain?

If you have a web hosting package with us, you manage it through the cPanel control panel. This control panel requires a single carrier domain on which to operate. The username of the hosting package, which you use to log in to the cPanel interface and the FTP server, is also based on the carrier domain.
