How to Identify Server Hosting Your Package

You can check on which server your hosting package is hosted in your My NEOSERV subscription centre. Click on the “Your domains/hosting” tab and select the hosting package you want to check which server it is hosted on from the list.

In the grey box on the right-hand side, under the “Server” section, you will see the name and IP of the server.
