File Too Large to Upload to Server (upload_max_filesize)
The default value when uploading files to the server is limited to 2 MB. In case you need to upload larger files, you can easily change the settings in your cPanel. Look for Select PHP version under Software and Services.
On the page that opens in the top left corner, select Switch to PHP Settings.
Clicking on the value next to upload_max_filesize will open a drop-down window where you select the desired value and click Apply and then Save. In some cases, the same should be done for the post_max_size value.
However, for files larger than 20 MB , we recommend uploading files via FileZilla FTP, as browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) are not designed for uploading larger files. You can, among other things, stop the download in FileZilla and resume it later.
