How to Log In to cPanel
There are two ways to log in to the cPanel control panel that you received access to when you bought your hosting package.
- You have an active domain bound to your hosting package
- You do not have an active domain associated with your hosting plan
You will findyour cPanel login details in the email you received when you purchased your hosting package on our website. If you have deleted the email or cannot find your login details, you can change your cPanel password in My NEOSERV(instructions for changing your password).
1. You have an active domain bound to your hosting package
You can access the cPanel control panel via the following link: https://vasadomena.si/cpanel
When using the above link, please make sure to replace vasadomena.si with your actual domain name.
Alternatively, you can log in to the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre and click on the cPanel address on the entry page – under the Domain Access tab.
If you have subscribed to more than one hosting package with us, you must first click on the package you want to access in the My NEOSERV subscription interface.
2. You do not have an active domain associated with your hosting package
If you do not have an active domain bound to your hosting package, you can access the cPanel control panel via the server name. Log in to the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre and click on the cPanel address on the login page – under the No Domain Access tab.
