How to Update My Contact Details

1. Log in to the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre.

2. In the Subscription Centre, click on the My Details tab.
Here you can change all the contact details of your profile. To change the username, hover over the window where the username is written and provide a confirmation e-mail.

In addition to the main / primary profile, you can also create additional contacts (sub-profiles). You can edit additional contacts under the Additional contacts tab. You can also transfer additional contacts to services you have already subscribed to with us. We have written instructions on how to do this here.
