If you want to use your own DNS servers, we have prepared the following instructions to guide you through the process of setting up your own DNS servers.

Log in to your My NEOSERV Subscription Centre. You will receive the access details on your contact email address immediately after placing your order.

Go to the Your domains/hosting tab and click on the desired domain.

On the page that opens, click on the Own DNS Servers (GLUE records) tab and click on the Add your own DNS server button.
