How Do I Change the Service Subscriber

1. Log in to the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre.

2. In the Subscription Centre, go to the Your Domains/Hosting tab.
Next to the service for which you want to change the payer, click on change.

3. Select and confirm the new contact person.

4. If you also currently have an open prepayment account for these services and wish to change the payer details, you can do so by following this procedure.
