My NEOSERV is a client portal that allows you to manage all your purchased services, orders, invoices and personal data in one place.

You can access the My NEOSERV client portal at:

After logging in, you can:

  • manage your services,
  • edit your account details,
  • view and pay invoices,
  • participate in our affiliate and promotion programs,
  • manage your security and privacy settings.

If you have purchased web hosting with us, you will also use the cPanel control panel in addition to the client portal. This is a separate tool that allows you to manage your hosting plan. You can read more about it in the section “What Is the cPanel Control Panel” below.

What Can I Manage in My NEOSERV

1. Dashboard

The Dashboard is the default page displayed after you log in to the My NEOSERV client portal.

It provides an overview of your active services and recent orders. Services that are about to expire and any unpaid documents are highlighted.

You can also check whether your IP address is blocked by the firewall and remove the block if necessary.

2. Services

In the Services section, you can find all your ordered services, such as:

  • domains,
  • web hosting,
  • SSL certificates,
  • other services.

By clicking on a specific service, you can view basic information and access management options.

Example: Domain

For an individual domain, you can:

  • see the domain status (e.g. “Registered“),
  • check the expiration date,
  • manage DNS nameservers,
  • enable DNS hosting,
  • review and edit domain ownership details.

Example: Web Hosting

For a hosting plan, the following information is available:

  • access details for the cPanel control panel (or WHM for Reseller plans),
  • FTP details,
  • server information,
  • option to enable SSH access,
  • overview of email sending limits,
  • basic hosting plan statistics.

3. Orders

The Orders section contains a list of all submitted orders, both completed and those still in progress.

You can view the status and basic details of each order in one place.

4. Documents

In the Documents section, you can find all your estimates and invoices.

For each document, you can:

  • see the payment status,
  • review document details,
  • download a PDF copy for your records.

For unpaid estimates, you can also:

  • edit the services included in the estimate,
  • download the e-invoice,
  • pay immediately using various payment methods.

5. Billing contacts

In the Billing contacts section, you can manage payer information.

You can add a new billing contact or edit existing details.

6. Profile

In the Profile section, you can edit your contact details and billing information:

  • first and last name,
  • address,
  • phone number,
  • email address,
  • notification settings.

If you order services as a company, you can also enter the company name and tax number and indicate whether you are a VAT liable entity.

7. Security

In the Security section, you can:

  • change your login password,
  • enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.

8. Privacy

In the Privacy section, you can manage your personal data and data protection settings.

The following options are available:

  • manage email notifications,
  • download the data processing agreement,
  • export the personal data we store about you,
  • request deletion of your personal data.

9. Promote & Earn

The Promote & Earn section allows you to participate in the affiliate and promotion programs and review transactions.

  • Through the Affiliate program, you can share your unique affiliate link and earn commission on successfully completed orders.
  • The Promotion program allows you to receive account credit for completed promotional activities.
  • In the Transactions tab, you can track your credit balance and review all transactions and payouts.

The My NEOSERV client portal also includes links to the Help Center, Blog and Contact. In the Help Center, you can access guides and tutorials, on the Blog you will find tips and useful information, and via the Contact page you can get in touch with our team.

What Is the cPanel Control Panel

The cPanel control panel is not part of the My NEOSERV client portal but a separate solution for managing your hosting plan.

While in My NEOSERV you edit orders, invoices, services and contact details, cPanel is intended for the technical side of your hosting. There, you can manage website files and databases, create email accounts, add domains and subdomains and install applications such as WordPress.
