How to Change DNS Servers

1. Log in to the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre.

2. In the Subscription Centre, go to the YOUR DOMAINS / HOSTING tab and click on the domain for which you want to change the DNS servers.

3. Under the DNS Servers tab, configure the DNS servers you want. If you are going to point your domain to our hosting package, you can also use our Connect Domain to Hosting feature. If you have subscribed to several separate hosting packages, please make sure you are entering the correct DNS servers, as packages may be hosted on different servers.

Changes will be visible when DNS servers are successfully refreshed on all sides (servers – users). Refreshing takes on average a few hours (2-24), but in rare cases it can take 48 to 72 hours, which also depends on your ISP (Siol, Amis, Telemach, T-2, etc.) when it will refresh DNS records on the network.
