How to Change Domain Ownership Information (WHOIS)

1. Log in to the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre.

2. In the Subscription Centre, go to the MY DOMAINS / HOSTING tab and click on the domain for which you want to change the WHOIS details.

3. Go to the WHOIS (domain holder) tab.

Change the WHOIS details for the .SI domain

The registrar of the .SI domain (Arnes) requires additional verification of ownership when a change is made. To verify, click on the Submit Code button to start.
Our system will send a security code to the contact email address that is currently registered as the domain holder, which you enter in the input box and confirm ( Confirm Code button).

You can download WHOIS data from your profile with us ( My Profile button) or from the WHOIS database of the registry ( WHOIS Database button).

Once you have changed the data to the new one, just confirm it by pressing the Change Owner button.

When you make a change, make sure that you keep the format of the phone number record the same. For example, if your current contact number is 031 222 222 222 (+386.31222222) and you want to change it to 031 222 333, the format must remain the same, i.e. +386.31222333.

Changing WHOIS information for other domains

When changing the domain holder details for other domains, the process is slightly different. Once you have downloaded the data from your profile ( My Profile button) or WHOIS database ( WHOIS Database button), edited the desired changes and confirmed them by clicking on the Change Owner button, the change needs to be confirmed via the email address of the old and the new domain holder.
