The affiliate program is designed for anyone who wants to earn additional income by recommending NEOSERV services. If you have a website, a blog, are active on social media or simply know people who need web hosting, you can receive a commission for every successful order placed through your affiliate link.

The NEOSERV affiliate program is available to all registered users. Both individuals and companies can participate. Joining is free and does not require any additional setup. Below you will learn how to join the affiliate program, how the system tracks successful referrals and how you can use the commissions you earn.

What Is The Affiliate Program

The affiliate program is a referral system where:

• you receive your unique affiliate link,
• you share this link with visitors or customers,
• you earn a commission for every successful hosting order placed through your link.

The commission amounts to 25% of each web hosting package order.

The tracking system is based on cookies that are stored in the visitor’s browser when they click your affiliate link. This ensures the referral is properly recorded and the appropriate commission is assigned after a completed order.

How Do I Participate In The Affiliate Program

Joining the affiliate program is available to anyone with access to the My NEOSERV client portal. You do not need to be an active customer of our services in order to participate.

1. If You Are Already Our Customer

If you are already using our services, you are automatically included in the affiliate program.

1. Log in to the My NEOSERV client portal.
2. Open the Promote & Earn section.
3. Within the Affiliate program tab, copy your unique affiliate link.
4. Start sharing your link.

2. If You Are Not Yet Our Customer

If you do not yet have a user account with us, follow the steps below.

1. Visit the AFFILIATE PROGRAM page and create a new user account.
2. Check your email inbox where we will send your login details.
3. Log in to the My NEOSERV client portal.
4. Open the Promote & Earn section.
5. Within the Affiliate program tab, copy your unique affiliate link.
6. Start sharing your link.

Where Can I Track My Commissions

You can check the status of your commissions at any time in the My NEOSERV client portal under Promote & Earn – Transactions tab. There you will find all recorded commissions, possible payouts and your current available balance.

The way commissions are used depends on the type of user:

• Individual: commissions are recorded as account credit and can be used when ordering new NEOSERV services or renewing existing ones.
• Company: commissions can be used as account credit or paid out to a business bank account upon meeting the required conditions and reaching the minimum payout amount of 50 € based on an issued invoice.

Example: From Registration to Commission Use

Below is an example of how the entire process works – from joining the affiliate program to using the commission.

1. Joining the program. Mark is already our customer. He logs in to the My NEOSERV client portal and copies his affiliate link.

2. Sharing the link. On his blog, he publishes an article about how to create a website and includes his affiliate link in the content.

3. Visitor click. A visitor named Emma reads the article and clicks the link that leads to our website (neoserv.com). A cookie is stored in her browser.

4. Hosting purchase. A few days later, Emma visits our website again, not necessarily through the affiliate link, and orders a web hosting package.

5. Commission recorded. Since the purchase was made within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the system assigns 25% of the hosting package value to Mark.

6. Commission received. Once the order is confirmed and payment successfully completed, the commission appears as available credit in Mark’s My NEOSERV client portal.

7. Using the commission. Mark uses the accumulated credit when renewing his domains and hosting package.

How Does Referral Tracking Work

When someone clicks your affiliate link, a cookie valid for 30 days is stored in their browser. If they purchase a web hosting package within that period, the commission is assigned to you. Immediately after the service payment is completed, the commission becomes visible in your My NEOSERV client portal.
