How to Pay with a Credit Card or PayPal
Paying for services in the My NEOSERV client portal is quick and easy. You can settle your proforma invoice using various payment methods: credit or debit card, PayPal, UPN, QR code payment (scan and pay), cryptocurrencies, PaysafeCard, VALÚ. Payment using available account credit is also possible.
Follow the steps below to pay your proforma invoice using a credit card or PayPal.
Paying a Proforma Invoice in My NEOSERV
When your service such as a domain or hosting plan approaches expiration, the system automatically generates a new proforma invoice for renewal.
Steps to access the proforma invoice:
- Log in to the My NEOSERV client portal.
- In the left menu click on Documents.
- In the list of documents locate the unpaid proforma invoice.
- Click on the proforma invoice title or on the three dots (on the right side) and select Pay.
After clicking, you will see the proforma invoice with all details and available payment methods.
- Select a payment method and follow the instructions:
- Payment by credit card
- Click on Pay with credit card.
- Enter the required card details and confirm the payment.
- Payment with PayPal
- Click on Pay with PayPal.
- Log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
- Payment by credit card
After a successful payment the proforma invoice is marked as paid and the service is renewed for the selected period. You will receive a renewal confirmation by email. An invoice is automatically generated in the My NEOSERV client portal and is available in the Documents section.
