How to Change Subscriber Data on the (Proforma) Invoice

1. Log in to the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre.
2. Change your subscriber details. Instructions for changing your subscription can be found here.
3. Click on the Invoices tab and request a copy of the document for the current invoice (Options —> Request copy of document).
You will receive the corrected invoice in your email within a few minutes.
* You can remove or add your subscribed services on the open invoice via the Edit services option on the document.
