Shopify is one of the most popular platforms for setting up an online store. If you want to sell products through this platform, you will need to point your domain to the server where the Shopify store is set up.

To point your domain to Shopify, you will need to change two DNS records. If you have a hosting package with us in addition to your domain, you can do this in the cPanel control panel. If you only have a domain and no hosting, you can change the DNS records in the My NEOSERV subscription centre.

The process of setting up the appropriate DNS records is straightforward via the cPanel Control Panel or the My NEOSERV Subscription Centre. However, if you have any problems, we will be happy to help you and take care of the correct settings for you – free of charge. Contact us on 059 335 000 or email us at info@neoserv.si.
